Aboriginal Language & Culture Nest Educator Training - Paakantji

The NSW Aboriginal Education Consultative Group (NSW AECG) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the role of Aboriginal Language and Culture Nest Educator. This opportunity involves participation in a 10-week Training Program designed to equip individuals with the skills necessary to deliver Aboriginal Language and Culture lessons within the Paakantji Language and Culture Nest Footprint.

The training will be facilitated by NSW AECG and will take place part-time over 10 weeks, commencing in September 2026.

Contract and Salary: The successful candidate will be employed by the NSW AECG and must be endorsed prior to interviews by the Paaktantji Language Reference Group.

The training will be facilitated by NSW AECG and will take place part-time over 10 weeks, commencing in October 2026.

Contract and Salary: The successful candidate will be employed by the NSW AECG and must be endorsed prior to interviews by the Gomeroi Language Reference Group.

Aboriginal Language & Culture Nest Educator Training - North West Wiradjuri

The NSW Aboriginal Education Consultative Group (NSW AECG) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the role of Aboriginal Language and Culture Nest Educator. This opportunity involves participation in a 10-week Training Program designed to equip individuals with the skills necessary to deliver Aboriginal Language and Culture lessons within the North West Wiradjuri Language and Culture Nest Footprint.

The training will be co-delivered by the local Aboriginal Language and Culture Officer and Coordinator, and will take place part-time over 10 weeks, commencing in October 2026.

Contract and Salary: The successful candidate will be employed by the NSW AECG and must be endorsed prior to interviews by the local Language Reference Group or Sharing Circle.

Gomeroi Aboriginal Language and Culture Nest Coordinator

Position Description: The Aboriginal Language and Culture Nest Coordinator supports and coordinates the delivery of Aboriginal language lessons within the Language and Culture Nests, providing guidance and assistance to educators whilst working with the Reference Groups.

Location: Tamworth, NSW

Contract and Salary: This role will be full time. A contract will be offered to the successful candidate, with the possibility of an extension. Remuneration package is valued up to $81,000 per annum based on demonstrated and proven experience. Includes employers’ contribution to superannuation.
