2027 will mark 50 years of the NSW Aboriginal Education Consultative Group. For 50 years, the NSW AECG has been a strong voice for Aboriginal communities, advocating for Aboriginal students, families and communities across NSW.
From its grassroots beginnings to its statewide network today, the NSW AECG continues to promote respect, empowerment and self-determination, ensuring Aboriginal voices are at the heart of education and training.

As we celebrate this milestone, we honour the people, communities and generations who have shaped the NSW AECG and look forward to continuing this important work into the future.
