Application for membership forms 

To be signed off by the Local AECG. All Membership Applications are filed with the Local AECG. 

Membership Register form 

All Membership Applications that the Local AECG signs off are recorded on the Register form. Please complete the details and forward the Register form to the AECG Secretariat for the database records. 

It is up to the LAECG to inform the Regional AECG of the JAECGs they have established and are supporting.  

Returning Officer Form

To be completed by Returning Officer during nominations.  Please return to the AECG Secretariat for record-keeping. Keep a copy for yourself.
