The Aboriginal Career and Leadership Development Program (ACLDP) facilitates career and leadership development for high potential Aboriginal peoples in the NSW public sector who aspire to leadership roles.
The Aboriginal Career and Leadership Development Program has a strong focus on the intersection between Aboriginal leadership and public sector leadership, and equips participants with the capabilities to be effective people managers and leaders. The 12 month program will commence in February 2022. The program starts with the NSW Government Hogan 360 and includes four individual coaching sessions, the opportunity to learn with your peers and with people leaders from other cohorts. It also includes self-directed modules for you to complete at a time that best suits you.
